Time again for our Drink Of The Week in another country. One of the many reasons I like to travel is to try drinks from the area. Almost every country you go to has a signature drink. So, I decided we should explore these scrumptious drinks (alcohol and alcohol free) for ourselves at home. Each Friday I’ll introduce a different country and their drink.

This week we travel south to Peru for the Pisco Sour. You should know that Chile fiercely defend that the Pisco Sour comes from their country as well. The base for this drink comes from pisco, which is a small grape-distilled spirit from the 16th century. It’s believed this concoction was from and Expat bartender Victor Morris in 1915.This Pisco Sour earthly and sweet but tart cocktail.
